PETREAL WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

At PetReal, each product represents both craftsmanship and emotional value. To ensure transparency and fairness, we provide the following policy:


1. Custom Product Nature

All products are custom-made based on customer-provided images.

Each piece is an artistic interpretation and not an exact 100% replica. We aim for approximately 70–90% resemblance depending on the quality of the reference images.


2. Approval Process (Important)

Before shipping, customers will receive a final preview of the completed product.

By approving the final preview, the customer:

  • Confirms satisfaction with the product
  • Accepts the artistic interpretation and likeness
  • Authorizes shipment

Once approved, the order is considered final and non-refundable.


3. Cancellation Policy

If the customer decides not to proceed before shipping:

  • A 50% refund will be issued
  • The remaining 50% covers design and production costs

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction after final approval
  • Claims that the product is “not similar enough” after approval
  • Change of mind after approval

5. Return Requirement

Any eligible refund request requires the product to be returned in its original condition.

No refund will be issued if the product is not returned.


6. Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:

1 month from the date of delivery

Coverage:

Manufacturing defects, including:

  • Paint adhesion issues
  • Structural or bonding defects

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, drops, or external impact.


7. Shipping Issues

If the product is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Lost in transit

Customers may choose:

  • Full refund (100%), or
  • Free replacement

PetReal will cover all related shipping costs in confirmed cases.


8. Partial Refund (Case-by-Case)

In certain cases involving minor issues, partial refunds (10–30%) may be considered at PetReal’s discretion.


9. Customer Agreement

By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including the approval process and no-refund terms after final approval.
